The following rules apply to the Exibart Street Photography Contest 2026, with a submission deadline of October 15th, 2026
1. Eligibility
The competition is open to everyone aged 18 years or older, both professional and amateur photographers.
By entering the Competition, you fully accept these Rules and Terms and Conditions.
2. How to Enter
To participate, you must upload your images via the official Exibart Street website:

Each entrant may submit an unlimited number of entries. Each entry must be submitted in a separate email and requires a separate payment
3. Image Requirements
- Images must be submitted in high-quality JPEG format, preferably saved in sRGB color profile.
- File names must be under 50 characters.
- Images should be at least 1200 pixels on the longest side (2000 pixels recommended).
- The system cannot accept files larger than 5000 pixels on the longest side.
- Maximum file size: 4 MB per image.
- Both color and black-and-white photographs are accepted.
- Images containing signatures, watermarks, logos, filigrees, or any visible identifying marks will be disqualified.
4. Series
- A series must include a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 9 images.
5. Finality of Submissions
- All submissions are final.
- Once the submission process is completed, images cannot be modified or replaced.
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances after submission.
6. Personal Data
By entering the Competition, you agree that Exibart Street may collect, process, store, and use your personal data (including name, address, telephone number, and email address) solely for the purpose of administering the Competition.
Participants may at any time access, review, rectify, or request deletion of their personal data by contacting:

7. Selection Process
- All submissions will be reviewed and pre-screened by Exibart Street editors and an international panel of professionals.
- Pre-selected works will then be evaluated by the international jury, which will determine the winners.
- All decisions made by the jury and Exibart Street are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding such decisions.
8. Previous Submissions
- Images that have won prizes in previous Exibart Street competitions are not eligible to win again.
- Images that were previously selected as Finalists are eligible to win prizes in subsequent competitions.
9. Publication
- The full name of each photographer selected as Winner, Juror’s Pick, or Finalist will be published online.
10. Right to Disqualification
Exibart Street reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify and remove any image that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, even after publication on the website.
11. Copyright and Authorship
By entering the Competition, you confirm that:
- You are the sole author and copyright holder of the submitted images.
- You have full legal authority to submit the images to this Competition.
12. Content Restrictions
To the best of your knowledge, the submitted photographs:
- Do not contain infringing, defamatory, obscene, abusive, harassing, pornographic, or otherwise unlawful content.
- Do not encourage criminal conduct or violate any applicable law.
- Do not infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other rights of third parties.
Specifically, images must not include:
- Trademarks owned by third parties.
- Copyrighted material owned by third parties.
- Names, likenesses, or identifying characteristics of celebrities or public figures (living or deceased).
- Stock images or images for which usage rights have been purchased or licensed.
13. Indemnification
You agree to fully indemnify Exibart Street against any claims, royalties, fees, damages, or liabilities arising from a breach of these Terms.
14. Ethics and Documentary Photography
Images presented as news, documentary, or photojournalistic work must adhere to:
- The ethical guidelines of the National Press Photographers Association (NPPA).
- The ethical standards promoted by UNICEF, particularly regarding children.
No elements may be added, removed, rearranged, reversed, or digitally altered in a way that misrepresents reality.
If images are staged, this must be clearly stated in captions or accompanying texts.
Special care must be taken to protect vulnerable individuals from potential harm caused by publication.
15. Copyright Retention
Photographers retain full copyright ownership of all submitted images.
16. Judging Process
- Judging will begin after the submission deadline of October 15th, 2026
- Judges will evaluate submissions anonymously and will not have access to entrants’ names.
17. Notification and Prizes
- Category winners will be notified by email.
- There are no cash alternatives for prizes.
- Winners are solely responsible for any taxes applicable under their national laws and agree to indemnify Exibart Street from any related liability.
18. Usage Rights
By entering the Competition, all participants agree that submitted images may be reproduced (with full photographer credit) for the purposes of promotion, publication, and communication related to Exibart Street and its competitions.
19. Liability
Exibart Street assumes no responsibility for misuse of images by third parties.
It is not liable for technical failures, transmission errors, lost data, website malfunctions, or unauthorized access.
Under no circumstances shall Exibart Street, its partners, officers, or employees be liable for any damages arising from participation in the Competition or use of the website.
20. Publicity
Participants agree to take part in reasonable promotional activities and to the use of their name and images for advertising and publicity purposes related to the Competition, without additional compensation.
21. Announcement of Winners
Winners will be officially announced online on www.exibartstreet.com
