Moment Refreshes Its T-Series Mobile Lens Lineup

American company Moment has announced the T-Series Mobile II, a second-generation lineup of eight smartphone lenses that updates or replaces the entire T-Series range introduced in 2023. The series includes both revised versions of existing lenses and two new focal lengths, alongside the SuperTele 240mm — the longest lens Moment has produced to date.

Starting from the widest end, the Fisheye 8mm II replaces the earlier 14mm fisheye with a substantially shorter focal length and correspondingly more pronounced distortion. The Wide 16mm II replaces the previous 18mm wide-angle model, offering marginally wider coverage. Moving into standard and telephoto territory, the Tele 58mm II retains the same focal length as its predecessor but has been redesigned with 30 percent more glass elements, which Moment states improves sharpness and reduces vignetting at the edges of the frame. The SuperTele 240mm, the headline addition to the range, differs from the other lenses in an important respect: rather than attaching over the main camera module, it is designed specifically for periscope-style telephoto cameras and must be mounted over the telephoto lens. It is compatible with the iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 16 Pro, iPhone 16 Pro Max, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max; compatibility with Android devices has not been confirmed. The lens barrel is CNC-machined aluminum with a blackened interior and accepts 67mm screw-in filters via a dedicated holder.

The two anamorphic lenses — the 1.33x and the 1.55x — share the same optical formula as their first-generation counterparts, with the principal update being the addition of a third flare style, Natural, alongside the existing Gold42 and PanaBlue options. The flare style must be selected at the time of purchase and cannot be changed afterwards. On the macro side, the 10x Macro II uses a new hand-polished multi-element optical design with a minimum focusing distance of approximately 2.5 centimeters and ships with a circular diffuser, while the 75mm Macro II focuses from between 10 and 15 centimeters, allowing for selective depth of field at closer working distances. Both macro lenses had already been updated toward the end of 2025.

All lenses in the Mobile II range use the proprietary Moment Bayonet Mount and are compatible with both first- and second-generation T-Series cases, which are sold separately. Each lens is priced at $150, with the exception of the Anamorphic 1.55x at $200. full lineup is available now through the Moment website.
