About me
Giada Sponzilli is a photographer, director of photography and videomaker. Working in the area of cinematography, for many years she has combined her passions for movies and photography. She is currently employed as director of photography and camera operator for music videos, spot advertising, web series and short films, distributed chiefly over the Internet.
She earned a cum laude degree in Entertainment arts and sciences (Arti e Scienze dello Spettacolo) at Sapienza University of Rome, simultaneously completing the master’s course in Cinema and the Photography Course at Scuola Romana di Fotografia e Cinema.
She has attended a number of specialization courses in Italy and abroad, including internships at Escuela Internacional de Cine y Television in Cuba, the School of Visual Arts in New York, and the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in Rome.
