Born in Sri Lanka 1980, I migrated to London at the age of 19 for higher studies. In 2001 I visited Barcelona for a short holiday and fell in love with the city and decided to stay. I have been living in a small town near Barcelona ever since for the past 18 years. I'm a father of 2 and has a day job as a Logistics Engineer. A self-thought photographer I work intensively in my free time of kids and day job working the streets of Barcelona or wherever I get the chance to visit. ‘Fireflies’ is an ongoing, non-related, neverending series where I use my playful imagination to freeze candid everyday moments.
