Biography: Sudeep Lal is a self-taught street and documentary photographer based in New Delhi, India. His photographic journey began in 2014 with travel and exploratory photography, before he discovered street photography in 2015. Deeply inspired by the genre’s masters, he has since committed his practice to observing life as it unfolds in public spaces. Intrigued by the silent drama unfolding in everyday life, Sudeep walks the streets guided by instinct, curiosity and patience. His photographs seek to arrest fleeting moments and fragile human interactions; he seeks to preserve these transient narratives before they dissolve into obscurity.
