Street Fusion Bristol in 2019, Exhibition at Martin Parr Foundation

STREET FUSION, BRISTOL IN 2019 by HANS EIJKELBOOM on display at Martin Parr Foundation in Bristol, from 22 JAN to 14 MAR 2020.

For this new show, Dutch photographer Hans Eijkelboom has captured a portrait of Bristol in his distinctive style of street photography.

”If I were an anthropologist, the first photographer I would call upon is Eijkelboom.

Over a long career, he has photographed mainly in the street, observing people and places with the discipline, rigor, and engagement that are the hallmarks of anthropology. In fact, if I were a visitor from another planet looking for information on the nature of city life, I would also engage the services of Eijkelboom.” – Martin Parr
Street Fusion / Bristol in 2019 is a commission made possible with support from DMB Represents.
