Ayam or chicken (in Malaysia) is one of the most popular food here in Kuala Lumpur. In Pasar Seni there’s a lot of food stalls or Mamak as they call it, wherein you can buy Authentic Malaysian food. This guy that preparing chickens caught my attention as he was dipping it on hot oil.
