Meike Unveils the S35 25mm T2.1 Cinema Lens

Designed with a 33.6mm image circle to cover Super35 sensor cameras, this new 25mm T2.1 is the fourth cine lens of the Meike’s Prime Cine Lens lineup. This series today consists of: 25mm T2.1, 35mm T2.1, 50mm T2.1, and 75mm T2.1.

The optical construction of the lens consists of 13 elements in 10 groups and it has 9 aperture blades. The lens features industry-standard 0.8mm pitch gears on the focus and aperture rings and it has a minimum focus distance of 35cm. It is also suitable for 6K resolution capture and features an 11-blade iris for smooth bokeh. This lens also features multiple coatings for minimal ghosting and flaring, and it offers 270° of focus barrel rotation. For easier focus pulls, the focus scales are marked in both feet and meters on both sides of the lens barrel.

The 25mm T2.1 weighs 910g in PL mount and 940g in Canon EF mount.

The Meike S35 25mm T2.1 Prime Lens is now available for $599 USD.
